CygNet Report Types
Four basic types of CygNet reports are provided: Alarm Activity, Communications Efficiency, GNS Log, and Morning Report.

Alarm Activity |
Retrieves alarm history for a specified date range. Data can be filtered by alarm activity (set, reset, acknowledge, etc.), alarm priority, date range, and system, and can be sorted by Point ID or time. |

Communications Efficiency |
Retrieves communication data for facilities, including last communication time, last failed communication, communication status, and efficiency. A facility must have tags that are configured with the communication UDCs for these statistics. The UDCs are: |
